Hello I am starting leanr programming which language is better HTML or Pyton, or c#, c++ Javascript which one is better ?

It's depends on your choice..
Html, css, and javascript basically, are used in fronted web development..
Python, adv JS, c# are basically for backend development.. So different areas..
Basically c/python are beginner friendly.. But you can also choose java/c++ .. For web development, choose html, css, js..

Python is probaply the best one for teaching the basics. Later on you might want to learn c++ because it teaches how the computer works and more "low level" stuff. C++ will also make it easier to understand and learn new programming languages. Html is more a design language than a real programming language, I wouldn't recommend starting with it.
