Rómányi Téčka • Gypsy Téčka Windows XP now outdated and also Microsoft stopped to give update. So you cannot install and run any software with new updates. You will face lots of problems. And anyhow you got success but you will still face many problem.

You can program in C, C++, Java with old compiler. To do program in C# you need to install .net framework but I don't know now XP will support or not.

I can't tell about Python because it's a new language.
