I started learning in SoloLearn 9months ago, because of I was assigned to be the programmer of our project. That's a heavy task for me that time when I was a beginner.. so that pushed me on learning. And my first step was to study at SoloLearn.

I originally was a bit familiar to the rudimentary level of coding thanks to Microsoft's app - "LightBot Code" - since a few years ago. But i started learning with sololearn last month when i just finished high school & was bored at home 😁 (waiting for college admission) and needed a hobby. Now programming has become more than just a hobby to me. Its a career prospect .

@Limitless your story is good bro... We can go with any language which seems interesting to us. Java has the largest community all over the world and the most powerful language at present. You should give it a try... Gud luck 👍

Before trying my hands on programming I was never interested in programming. somehow just out of curiosity a question a came in my mind that how softwares are made, somehow i got to know its by programming it. I have started with python but give it up after some days and started java programming around 28-29 dec 2016. i m currently trying to learn awt and swing in java and moreover i m about to start working on a media player program.

It started at school. We started using Scratch as an introduction on what programming can do. With a follow-up by Delphi (Pascal) This was the wrong move from the school's side because more than 90% of the kids left the subject. I hated Delphi because the first year (in Grade 10) They thaught us how to make shapes and change it's color. In the second year they expected us to know everything and I gave up on Delphi. But curiousity got to me and I started doing research on web-based applications. This was the introduction to HTML and CSS. But I never learned JavaScript. I left programming in school and started teaching myself with the internet. I made my way to python and then to C# with the encouragement that this is what I want to do someday. Today I'm doing my last year in high school, and Programming is my favourite subject. But they're doing Java... why Java?...

I always want to learning programming but I don't know how to begining. I was introduced to Programming Hub and from there discovered Solo Learn. I'm happy to know that I can learn with my cellphone anywhere and even at boring places.

I start learning to program from Basic when I found an interesting book, for that time I start to program though it's Basic but still difficult for me to understand how to program very well; I have tried different searches on Google but all I may found was not the good point to start , I also engage on Youtube Tutorials where I waste much time without really knowing how to program; what C++ programming language does. . Thanks to Solo Learn App, because I really enjoyed the way I easily passed so many difficult Topics that I was peering how I can passed them through the old process. . I found it very simple and easy to grasp the idea behind C++ Programming language; Today I normally understand WHY C++ being general purpose programming language and why was it being an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language. . All I can say is that, Any one can learn to program by using Solo Learn App. I start Tutorial in just three days I have successfully finished the course. This was also an interesting thing, by playing you can learn. Once again, thank you very much; I can explain that "LEARN TO PLAY" would in turn be "PLAY TO LEARN" by this, ANYONE CAN LEARN USING SOLO LEARN APP

Programming is part of what I study. I'm a computer engineering undergraduate student and our department teaches us to program with C++ which was my first programming language to work with and and the beginning it was like: "this is not for me", because it was very tricky and the syntax vas in my opinion very complex or not friendly. But, after I took C++ I started to program with Java, which is my best programming language. Then, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Assembly, Swift, Android (Java), Spring IoC and DI. And right now I'm working with Machine Learning with Python! So, that's my story and I think that programming is not just typing some instructions, I consider it as a important tool for every human without considering its profesional field. Programming today is a must!
